- People with immunodeficiency diseases
- Pregnant or breast-feeding women
- Patients with recurrent corneal ulcers or corneal dystrophies
- People who are taking Isotretinoin (Roaccutane) "for the treatment of skin rashes", Amiodarone (Cordarone) "for treatment of heart diseases”, or Sumatriptan "for the treatment of migraines"
